Tasks

-Partner with business stakeholders, developers, project managers, and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of end-to-end BtM and Enreal solutions. -Support the evaluation and selection of software solutions and vendors aligned with BtM project objectives. -Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories to support solution design and delivery. -Design and prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, including test cases and scenarios, based on business requirements and process flows. -Coordinate and support UAT activities, covering functional, integration, and regression testing, ensuring thorough validation of solutions. -Document current and future-state business processes, identify gaps, and actively participate in requirements and design review sessions. -Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document detailed requirements for Behind-the-Meter (BtM) projects, including energy load management and integration initiatives. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting innovation and efficiency across the organisation. -Provide input into user interface design, system architecture, and usability enhancements based on user feedback and testing outcomes. -Deliver training sessions and support materials to end-users to facilitate adoption of new systems and business processes. -Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to BtM and energy management. -Proactively identify issues and risks, and work closely with BtM and technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently.

What You Bring

-Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to energy management and IT project delivery. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional and diverse teams. -Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms. -Over 10 years of experience as a Senior Product or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business-led initiatives involving new product development, IT integration, and implementation. -Skilled in designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation of test plans and test cases, and conducting UAT on behalf of business stakeholders. -Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. -Proven expertise in developing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications. -Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within hybrid program environments, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. -Familiarity with energy load management and Behind-the-Meter (BtM) projects, including integration of solar systems, battery storage, electric vehicle (EV) chargers, hot water systems, and pool equipment is highly desirable.
