Ensure that quality, environmental and Health and Safety policies are considered on every project and works are routinely audited to ensure standards are maintained.

Ensure that the team understands customer needs, managing their expectations and dealing with queries and complaints.
Monitor and assess field vehicle and plant condition, reporting issues when required.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with best practice and complies with all relevant regulations.
To make informed and pragmatic decisions considering customer satisfaction, income and profit targets when making decisions.
Identify new commercial opportunities providing estimates and quotations for future work and preparing jobs for closure where work has been completed.
Monitor workloads to make sure there is no excessive backlog and contribute to decisions made regarding the level/reallocation of contract labour.
