Takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
Assists with concrete pours for various structures, including Pier Footings, Columns, Caps, and Bridge Decks.
Use of power and/or hand tools too; construct and set forms to grade, install overhang brackets, build handrails & remove/clean forms after placement of concrete.
Assists with loading and unloading trucks & deliveries.
Erect both Metal and Wood forms.
Understand and comply with all Company Safety policies and procedures as well as OSHA Regulations.
Properly secure and store all tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each work day

Construction industry experience preferred.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.

Must adhere to OSHA safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment.
Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, or plans to construct forms in preparation for Cast-in-Place (CIP) Concrete.
