  • Collaborating and coordinate work with peers from the environment business, peers from other engineering disciplines, clients, contractors, and sub-consultants.
  • Conduct environmental site investigations including sampling, data collection, report preparation.
  • Assist with field/junior staff professional development.
  • Serve as field team lead for complex investigations involving multiple staff and subcontractors.
  • Travel within a geographic territory (within WI) conducting field work and project oversight; travel to project locations including driving and overnight stays.
  • Conduct environmental assessments: Phase I and II ESAs, Vapor Intrusion, Tank System Site Assessments, Pre-Demo Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Assessments.
  • Analyze and interpret geological/hydrogeological data and present findings to clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Design/Scope field investigations, prepare health and safety plans, scheduling of staff and subcontractors.

  • Work with regulatory agencies and possess a working knowledge of current Wisconsin environmental regulations.
  • Strong scheduling, team building, and budget management skills.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Completed or able to complete Safety Training for Hazardous Materials (40-hour HAZWOPER) and State of WI and MI Asbestos Inspector accreditation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess a 4-year degree in environmental engineering/water quality/geology/environmental science
  • Experience with Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
