Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.

Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
Provide high levels of customer service of luxury hotel guests and residents and able to create great impression and memories on every interaction.
Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
You may be asked by local management and supervisors to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
Be responsible for all vehicles inspections, safety driving, safety parking, We take safety seriously.
Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.

Do you have a valid driver's license (at least 2 years)?
Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items or luggage weighing up to 50lbs.
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way while remaining professional
Previous Costumer service experience on luxury hotels is required.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Can you drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission?
Be able to provide excellent service in a fast pace environment and always keep calm.
Be able to adapt to attendance policies, arriving on time, following uniform rules and protocols and follow instructions and remain flexible at the moment we face unexpected changes.
You are at least 18 years old.
