What you would be doing
- Planning the corrective and preventive actions (raised in audits) and verifying their effectiveness after implementation
- Planning of IMS trainings, coordination, Implementation of new systems at all locations
- Set IMS related strategic objectives and operational needs across departments.
- Monitoring progress of objectives of IM system and reporting to MR Processing review meetings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable to nuclear requirements.
- Create, update, and manage IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals and records.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff at all levels to ensure understanding and effective use of the IMS.
- Effectively communicate IMS-related policies across all levels of the organization.
- Implementation of a nuclear regulations and standard ISO19443 from planning and gap analysis to deployment and certification.
- Implementation of an Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001) from planning and gap analysis to deployment and certification.
- Ensure seamless integration of quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems.
- Conduct ISO 9001/14001/45001 internal audits co-ordinate / surveillance audit.
- Track KPIS, Planning and conducting the Management Review Meetings periodically
- Support Idea Management department.
