Advise on the commercialisation and protection of intellectual property and data assets and manage data breach responses and cyber risk.
Mentor and coach lawyers to support their professional development, including assisting graduates during their rotations.
Draft, review, and analyse legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
Build and nurture strong client relationships and actively develop your business development skills.
Engage extensively with clients to ensure their legal and commercial needs are met.
Guide clients through contract tendering, procurement, and negotiation processes, and provide counsel on Australian Consumer Law matters.
