-Deliver strategic legal advice and support on outsourcing, managed services, procurement of technology solutions, cloud and as-a-service arrangements, and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence. -Collaborate with senior practitioners and work closely with team members across the practice. -Champion innovative approaches to legal service delivery, both internally and externally. -Advise on the commercialisation and protection of intellectual property and data assets and manage data breach responses and cyber risk. -Mentor and coach lawyers to support their professional development, including assisting graduates during their rotations. -Draft, review, and analyse legal documents with precision and attention to detail. -Build and nurture strong client relationships and actively develop your business development skills. -Engage extensively with clients to ensure their legal and commercial needs are met. -Guide clients through contract tendering, procurement, and negotiation processes, and provide counsel on Australian Consumer Law matters.
