Represent the Home2 in the community, including key sales relationships like the Philadelphia Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and the Hilton brand.
Handle group inquiries. Efficiently respond to and follow up on all event requests, including quoting rates and availability in accordance with the hotel’s strategy.
Properly maintain and communicate all client information, including group room blocks in all applicable systems (Delphi, OnQ).
Allocate and control sales and marketing expenditures to maximize return on investment and conform to budgetary requirements.
Personally manage the Corporate / BT market segments, maintaining existing relationships and identifying potential new accounts, to ensure targeted room night and revenue contribution.
