Description

Supervise facility operations across three shifts, five days per week
Lead staff to deliver expected service levels within prescribed budgets
Interface with property occupants and resolve site issues
Ensure compliance with JLL and client audit standards
Oversee daily administration of maintenance, housekeeping, and materials management departments
Coordinate training and pursue team capability improvements
Implement comprehensive preventative maintenance program
Perform daily facility inspections and coordinate projects
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
Implement safety programs and hazard control practices
Recommend capital improvements and manage financial control
Accomplish Key Performance Indicators per client agreements
Manage work assignments for technicians, vendors, and contractors
Prepare operating budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance reports
Coach direct reports to achieve performance objectives
Develop complete knowledge of all building machinery and systems
Complete facilities reports accurately and on time per client policies
Manage client expectations through responsive leadership
Ensure building systems meet or exceed rated uptime expectations
Ensure client satisfaction through seamless facility management interface

Experience with Building Automation Systems and energy management
Facilities management certification (CFM, FMP, SFP)
Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, and building systems
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Union workforce management experience
Advanced CMMS platform experience (Maximo, ServiceNow)
Budget management and financial reporting experience
Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Computer proficiency in CMMS systems
6+ years industry experience in corporate, third-party, or consulting environments
Project management certification or experience
Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
Demonstrated ability to build successful stakeholder relationships
Available for emergency call-in situations
Multi-site or portfolio management background
Understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory standards
Strong leadership and management skills with technical and administrative staff oversight
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
