Maintain familiarity with Health & Safety responsibilities and duties;
Attend and participate in site meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and prepare for distribution as directed;
Maintain inventory of required materials and place order accordingly;
Maintain daily construction log in conjunction with the Site Superintendent;
Prepare and maintain various site communication/documentation with head office and site;
Act as the liaison between the Site Superintendent and trade labor force;
Review / provide input on MS Project schedule
Develop and manage trade, client, and consultant relationships
Obtain labor requirements from Site Superintendent and coordinate to sign on laborers when required;
Verify / document daily onsite worker count, man hours, and materials and rental equipment.
Ensure that deficiencies are nonconforming work is addressed, and that the highest level of quality control is maintained.
Allocate tasks to laborers daily according to the Site Superintendent’s instructions;
Coordinate with municipal inspections and/or professional inspections;
Consistently collaborate with the field staff and the project team to ensure that HSE, performance, productivity, and quality, and safety requirements are met.

Exceptional communication skills
A high school diploma or post-secondary diploma in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
Strong knowledge of the construction field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
