In this position you will lead and manage cross‑functional projects using structured project management methodologies from initiation through execution and sustainment. You will develop business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps, partner with business leaders to prioritize initiatives, operationalize new processes across the logistics portfolio, and support the governance of global operational procedures. Additionally, you will create, document, and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), lead training development and delivery, and manage ongoing compliance and change‑management activities.
The Gas Power Global Trade & Transportation Operations team is seeking a highly experienced professional to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT. Leveraging deep knowledge of the gas power supply chain, transportation strategies, and enabling technologies, the role translates business needs into actionable system and process initiatives. It owns the intake and prioritization of work aligned to business priorities and leads high‑value improvements that drive productivity, operational excellence, and cost reduction across the global logistics and trade portfolio.
The minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of progressive experience in logistics operations, global trade, or supply chain, with ten or more years preferred. Candidates must demonstrate project‑management expertise in a global or matrixed environment, hands‑on experience with Oracle Transportation Management, and a proven ability to lead and influence across functions. Preferred qualifications include cross‑functional knowledge of project and services KPIs, experience with WMSA or comparable logistics systems, strong communication skills, a global mindset, and a PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

This remote role offers a salary range of $98,400 to $164,000, with geographic differentials and a discretionary annual bonus.
