Description

• Safety Compliance Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team
• Learn and Assist Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings
• Customer Engagement Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Sales Support Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers
