As the Local Leasing & Accounting Coordinator at Colonie Center, you will support and coordinate local leasing activities and oversee accounting and lease administration functions for the property. You will partner closely with the General Manager, Local Leasing Manager, and Property Accountant to support financial performance, leasing operations, and the efficient day-to-day management of the shopping center. You will help maintain accurate financial and tenant records, track leasing activity, and ensure operational processes run smoothly, balancing financial responsibilities with lease administration in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
