Tasks

-Booking pre-employment medicals and inductions -Maintaining up-to-date records in line with internal and external compliance standards -Providing administrative support to Senior Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers -Verifying certifications, licenses, and tickets are current and compliant -Ensuring all onboarding documentation and requirements are completed prior to mobilisation -Handling ad-hoc tasks and internal process coordination -Conducting reference checks -Compiling and sending mobilisation packs to clients or uploading to relevant systems

This is a dynamic and fast-paced opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for supporting a busy team. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities -Understanding of compliance requirements in a recruitment or labour hire setting -Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills -2–3 years’ experience in administration, mobilisation, or data entry
