  • Actively work to develop and confirm with the Business Continuity Plan. Provide Project Management Support as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and ensure staffs comply with same at all times
  • Meet with Vendor representatives as required e
  • Take on adhoc projects from time to time as deemed necessary by the Facilities Director.
  • Manage the approval of supplier invoices and ensure accuracy
  • Management of Cleaning, Security and Catering contracts
  • Conduct Annual Staff reviews.
  • Assisting with the implementation of Company Health and Safety policy
  • Ensure any changes to contracts and other service agreements are properly documented and communicated.
  • Monitor and achieve performance targets for all service activities and reports on volumes processed, speed and reliability
  • Management of Facilities team in the provision of services to the site
  • Oversee budget control and monitoring.

  • Good understanding of HR and H&S departments
  • Previous people management experience essential.
  • Ability to plan and action projects within deadlines
  • Previous experience of generating monthly reports
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving aptitude
  • Diploma in Facility Management and/or previous related experience a distinct advantage.
  • Experience of managing FM in a Pharmaceutical setting.
