Monitor and control project progress, proactively identifying risks, roadblocks, or scope changes and implementing corrective actions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience managing projects in construction, electrical, or industrial systems environments.
2–5 years of proven experience managing projects from planning through delivery, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or construction environments.
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Familiarity with Lean methodologies, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification (preferred but not required).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across teams and clients.
