Tasks

-Mentor engineers with varying levels of experience in applying QA/QC principles and maintaining technical excellence. -Establish and refine quality standards aligned with industry best practices. -Interface with project managers to align quality goals with schedule and budget. -Spearhead the development and implementation of quality control procedures. -Champion QA/QC processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality engineering outputs. -Oversee design reviews and validation procedures. -Review and ensure accuracy and safety of the design of high voltage transmission lines using PLS-CADD.

-Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology -Expert in the analysis of transmission structures. -Authoritative ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations. -10+ years of transmission engineering experience -Forward-thinking communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and drive cross-functional collaboration. -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) -Valid Driver’s License is required. -Strategic and detail-oriented, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize complex systems and workflows. -Trusted and respected, with deep expertise in fostering collaboration across disciplines and driving innovation within project teams. -Mastery in working with PLS CADD.
