Managing primary surveys such as traffic counts and origin-destination surveys
Take ownership of key projects through the full lifecycle—from initiation and feasibility studies to client deliverables
Exercise effective financial and budgetary control to manage project budgets
Take a proactive role in participating in regional, office, company, and graduate events
Lead workstreams within projects with limited supervision, ensuring consistent application of best practice techniques

Contribute to team performance by meeting financial and behavioural targets within allocated time and budget

Conducting detailed quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Contribute to the production and delivery of proposals and marketing materials as needed
Manage multi-disciplinary projects, sub-consultants, and support staff assigned on a project basis
Traffic and revenue forecasting and travel demand estimation for brownfield and greenfield toll road assets
Deliver high-quality highway and transportation advice as part of multi-disciplinary teams on projects such as toll highways, urban transit systems, major developments, and sustainable transport initiatives
Support consultants in delivering advisory services across India and global offices
Prepare and present reports, proposals, briefing notes, and design documentation

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including spreadsheet modelling and other tools, to solve complex problems in consultancy or client environments
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively within the team and externally with clients both over the email, virtual and face to face interactions
Economics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, , or other numerate subjects
Strong data analytical skills e.g., data manipulation/analysis, basic statistics and econometrics using a range of software packages (MS Excel, Stata, SPSS, R) including an ability to analyse and draw insight from the data
ability to back up opinions with well-constructed, evidenced arguments; and
Educated to Master's or Bachelor's degree level (2:1 or equivalent) in one of the following disciplines:
Business and financial modelling; and
Demonstrable interest in the transportation sector with an experience of 3-4 years
Knowledge of mapping basics, including Geographic information systems (GIS); preferable
Strong report writing and communication skills including:
Transport Planning, Geography, or other transport-related fields
Ability to use Microsoft packages, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of transport modelling concepts (including travel demand modeling and simulation)
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, both in writing and verbally
Good team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues in other disciplines and with different cultures and across time zones
ability to confidently explain complex analysis to non-specialists via reporting and presentations
