The Professional Surveyor and Mapper will oversee day‑to‑day operations of field and office staff for multiple projects, guiding them from proposal through production to final deliverables. The role is hands‑on and project‑responsible, focusing on both public and private clients, and serves as the key point of contact between KEITH and its clients.
The position also includes proposal writing, business development, and staff development responsibilities, and requires representing the company at meetings and trade shows as needed.
KEITH is looking for a Professional Surveyor and Mapper with experience working on FDOT Projects to join our Survey and Mapping team. This position can be remote, hybrid, or in office, and the firm seeks positive individuals to fit its energetic culture. KEITH is a well‑established multidisciplinary company offering land surveying, subsurface utility engineering, civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and construction management services, founded on combining the latest technology with client‑oriented business practices and a strong team of talented professionals.
Candidates should have experience on FDOT Survey and Mapping projects in District 5, a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience, and demonstrated project/phase management skills. Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, ORD OpenRoads, and the MS Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to mentor and motivate a team are required; a professional license is preferred.
