Technical duties include electrical and equipment reviews, signing off on engineering designs and certifications, and working with external vendors from civil, electrical, and other engineering specialties. The position requires broadening knowledge of the technical discipline to support policy and strategy, understanding key business drivers, and ensuring the team’s work integrates smoothly with other functions. Autonomy is provided within a defined framework, with the ability to resolve technical issues, consult senior members when needed, and lead junior staff or serve as a customer interface.
