- Manage, plan, and conduct accessibility plan review services
- Interpret codes, standards, laws, and regulations; resolves accessibility issues during plan review
- Communicate as needed with clients, project stakeholders, property owners, developers, and designers to explain requirements, policies, and procedures and to mediate/resolve conflicts and respond to questions
- Stay current with new development or changes in codes, standards, materials, and technology
- Respond to inquiries and concerns from engineers, architects, contractors, and clients regarding permit, plan review, inspection, or other accessibility issues
- Ensure plan review services are timely and completed in accordance with established procedures
