Using initiative to solve problems ensuring our customers are put first
Ensuring any materials requiring to be ordered are in place
Assisting the CRM with items from the HQI until the first customer visit
Assisting the Site Manager with all aspects of home finishing from prior to CML until Customer Completion (Home Move In)
Communicating and liaising with other departments as required

Final fix plumbing, electrics are complete to a high standard by the relevant trade
Interior decoration and touch ups are completed

May be asked to demonstrate skills to other HF’s, Apprentices and trainee site staff.
