

Provides global design-build, preconstruction, MEP engineering and logistics for government, industrial, commercial and hospitality projects.
Record and report actual performance progress and forecast completion of work based on performance to date
Assist the project manager and project engineer to analyze cost and potential time issues associated with RFP’s
Prepare short-term look-ahead schedules for use by BLHI field forces and subcontractors
Prepare and maintain BLHI’s procurement log to assist in planning and execution of material procurement
Prepare project schedule updates and reports required by the contract
Prepare evaluations of potential time impacts from change issues or unanticipated conditions in the field
Have the ability to repetitively use hands to grasp, reach above and below with arms, and work overhead
Will have occasional exposure to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites including frequent loud noises
Experience in scheduling and planning construction projects using Primavera P6
US citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance through the US Government
Experience and Training in scheduling and planning construction projects
Must be comfortable with regular work near moving mechanical parts and outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt
Ability to relocate overseas to work on projects for 2-4 years
Have the ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, climb, bend, balance and twist for extended periods
Must be able to work 60-hours/week, six days/week, 10 hours/day
Bachelors or better in Construction Management Services or related field.
