- Knowledge in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with automation and workflow management systems
- Organised, detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts
- Familiarity with public sector operations is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with sensitive matters
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data visualisation tools (eg: Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python (preferred)
- Preferably 1 year of engineering experience, ideally with customer service exposure
