You’ll have full awareness of relevant H&S requirements
You’ll have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade or equivalent
You’ll be competent in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be joinery):
Experience of working within a Housing Association environment and managing repairs would be desirable
You’ll possess fantastic teamwork ability and communication skills
You’ll have a full UK driving licence
