The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in geosciences, engineering, toxicology, or a related field, with 15‑20 years of private‑sector environmental consulting experience. Professional licensure (PE, PG, DABT) and expertise in groundwater, soil, or air contamination, site investigation, remediation, and litigation as an expert witness are required. Strong client management, project budgeting, research, mentoring, communication, and knowledge of federal and state cleanup regulations are also essential.
The role offers the chance to join a thriving, growth‑focused firm while taking on a leadership and ownership position in a mid‑size company of over 250 employees. The Principal will drive scientific advancement in toxicology, health sciences, and risk assessment, making a tangible impact on projects and the broader industry.
