- Confident with hand/power tools (saws, drills, nailers); reads a tape to the 1/16", plumb/level square basics.
- Valid CA driver’s license & insurable DMV; reliable transportation.
- Photos of past work or references from a foreman/lead.
- 1–3+ years in residential construction or reconstruction (remodel, maintenance, unit turns, mitigation rebuild, or GC carpentry crew).
- Tile setting, LVP install, cabinet set, minor siding/trim exterior.
- You learn fast, ask good questions, and take feedback like a pro.
- Clear path: Tech I/II → Lead Tech, with targeted training/certs.
- Recognition for speed + quality; hustle gets noticed here. 📈
- You can work independently or as part of a small, fast crew. 💪
- Schedule: Mon–Fri (OT as needed)
- Proven drywall + paint and finish carpentry fundamentals (you’ve hung/finished, set doors/trim, and can deliver clean lines).
- Comp: DOE (hourly, OT-eligible)
- Professional communication with homeowners, adjusters, and teammates.
- Basic fixture resets (faucets, traps, disposals, light fixtures, switches).
- Experience in DASH/Buildertrend or similar.
- Demo → Rebuild: Controlled tear-out, light framing, drywall/texture/paint, finish carpentry (doors/trim/windows), cabinets/counters/backsplash, flooring, minor exterior repairs.
