Read and Interpret Production tickets to build all types of units within the department with the correct quality specification to the customer’s request
Responsible for working on an assembly line of doors. (These tasks are fast paced and require a high level of mental alertness. Most work is performed below shoulder level and requires repetitive use of hands.)
Work safely and follow all plant rules
Assemble door components using pneumatic, power, and hand tools safely and apply labels where necessary
Maintain an adequate level of product knowledge
Wear PPE such as composite/steel toed shoes, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves (per job function), and high visibility clothing.
Move components and materials safely and report issues to leadership
Climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed for the role
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Handle, control and feel raw materials and finished goods

Stand for 8 - 10 hours straight
Work independently, as well as part of a team, and have end of shift flexibility
