Prepare and submit project documentation and dockets as per RERA requirements.
Ensure timely filing of quarterly and half-yearly RERA compliance reports.
Handle rectifications, updates, and customer consent documentation under RERA guidelines.
Build and maintain relationships with key government departments (PWD, RTO, Fire Department, PCB, Electricity Boards).
Act as a point of contact for government and statutory bodies.
Prepare and submit documentation to relevant municipal and state authorities (PMRDA, MTDC, MOEF, etc.).
Manage and maintain documentation and trackers for all liaison-related activities.
Liaise with internal departments such as Legal, Design, Projects, and Finance for coordinated compliance efforts.
Ensure alignment of project submissions with Development Control Regulations.
Collaborate with Liaison Architects to ensure plans and designs meet statutory norms.
Maintain accurate records and ensure end-to-end RERA compliance across all projects.
Facilitate timely acquisition of project-related NOCs and approvals, including IOD, Commencement Certificate (CC), Occupancy Certificate (OC), and Building Completion Certificate (BCC).
Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of financial outflows related to regulatory approvals.
Monitor and control costs related to FSI premiums, TDRs, consultant fees, and approval-related expenses.
Represent the organization in meetings and hearings with government bodies.
Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Proven track record of securing statutory approvals and handling RERA obligations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation/reporting tools.
Detailed knowledge of Development Control Regulations and statutory processes.
Minimum 10 years of experience in liaisoning and regulatory compliance within the real estate industry.
Sound understanding of PMRDA, PMC, PCMC, and MOEF regulations.
Additional certifications in Real Estate or Regulatory Compliance (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for engaging with government officials.
