Lead and manage the PMO function, embedding a new portfolio management framework and establishing consistent ways of working across the organisation’s entire change portfolio.
Oversee portfolio prioritisation, tracking progress, escalating risks and issues, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Provide advice, coaching, and assurance to Project Managers, sponsors and project teams, supporting consistent delivery.
Work with the Data Governance Team to implement validation rules and meet governance expectations.
Oversee portfolio governance, ensuring compliance with standards, robust controls, and high-quality reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure high-quality data across the PMO by maintaining data lineage, glossaries and dictionaries; enforcing data entry standards; monitoring quality metrics; and resolving data issues.
Maintain the integrated portfolio plan, consolidating data from subsidiary project plans and producing accurate reporting products.
Manage the full change control process, progressing change requests through governance and maintaining the change register.
Manage portfolio resource planning and allocation, working closely with business teams and development teams to optimise the operating model.
Maintain PMO tools, templates, documentation, and guidance, ensuring project teams meet PMO standards and use required processes.
