During the program you will work on internal projects that support customer outcomes, learn proprietary software, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and fellow interns. You will also be exposed to quality‑assurance processes, inspections, and testing activities that underpin Baker Hughes’ operational standards.
Candidates must be enrolled in or have recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering, maintain a GPA of at least 3.0 (or equivalent), and be fluent in written and spoken English. Legal eligibility to work in the host country without sponsorship is required.
The Baker Hughes Internship offers students pursuing or recently completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a global energy company.
