Experience with Institutional / Agency Construction preferred
A minimum of 11 years of the experience in providing code compliance review and construction inspections. shall be in the role of superintendent or inspector responsible for large scale projects, multi-contract building projects, valued above $5 million with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
Proven ability to adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
Knowledge of NYS Building Code

Strong interpersonal skills
Must have a proficient level of knowledge relative to all aspects of construction codes and standards.
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
