Description

The Land Entitlement Manager advances projects through the entitlement stage after Land Investment Committee approval, handling site‑plan approvals, bonding, and permitting. The role requires daily coordination between internal teams, local governments, and consulting and contractor partners to design, approve, and permit neighborhoods. Responsibilities also include cost evaluation, budget management, attending cross‑departmental meetings, and visiting active sites to apply construction best practices.

To manage these complex tasks, the team leverages a suite of digital tools that streamline document management, collaboration, and design review.

Requirements
