Model phased logistics and temporary works for input into sequence using 3DS Max.
Run physical and time-based clash detection of design, logistics and temporary works against the programme to validate.
Inherit and expand the established 4D Synchro model.
Excellence: Promoting innovation, development, training and continuous improvement to achieve the highest quality of project delivery.
Link the project schedule with model files to create a visual sequence of works.
Train and upskill the planning team in the use of Synchro and 4D techniques
Run ‘what if’ scenarios within 4D environment against baseline models to identify programme opportunities
Create 1 week, 1 month and 3-month lookahead outputs for team briefings.

Very strong understanding of Construction Methodology, Logistics and Planning.
Able to work collaboratively and lead a team.
Able to present facts at different levels of complexity dependent on audience.
Expert knowledge of Synchro 4D Pro.
Experience of large (£100m plus) projects.
Experience in the railway or infrastructure environment.
Capable of creating high-quality video and image outputs.
High level of CAD Modelling experience in Autodesk 3DMax or similar.
Understanding of Technology integration and data process.
Team player with ability to engage with others.
Experience working in BIM/4D space.
Comfortable with presenting at all levels of business including client and external stakeholders.
Able to collaborate and coordinate effectively between teams.
Ability to manage time effectively to meet key deadlines and analyse problems and propose effective solutions.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with the team and external stakeholders.
Good understanding of Primavera and similar planning software.
Basic experience in OpenBuilding Designer, ProjectWise CDE and Revit for model translation.
