- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality for sensitive company or client information.
- Transcribe Audio & Video Files: Convert recorded audio/video materials into accurate written transcripts, including interviews, meetings, webinars, and conference calls.
- Formatting: Ensure transcriptions are properly formatted according to company standards.
- Meet Deadlines: Submit completed transcripts within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Time-Stamping: Add time stamps where necessary to indicate the beginning of a new segment or speaker.

- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and other productivity software.
