The BIM Specialist leads model coordination, automation, and data‑driven reporting across infrastructure and building projects. This role combines advanced BIM production, clash coordination, Autodesk Construction Cloud administration, and the development of complex Power BI dashboards for project and QA/QC insights.
- Set up, manage, and maintain BIM models in Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD for multidisciplinary projects.
- Develop and maintain the Project BIM Execution Plan, including model setup, coordination workflows, and ACC structure.
- Perform model audits, clash detection, and issue tracking using Navisworks and coordination platforms.
- Coordinate models across architecture, structure, MEP, and infrastructure utilities, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
- Use Dynamo to automate tasks, conduct QA/QC checks, and optimize model health and performance.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to track BIM data, model health, progress, and QA/QC metrics.
- Support BIM leadership in implementing digital standards, QA/QC processes, and continuous improvement of BIM workflows.
- Train, mentor, and provide technical support to BIM modelers and project teams on tools, workflows, and standards.

- Minimum 8 years BIM experience in the AEC industry, including Middle East projects.
- Strong production and coordination experience with Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD on large, multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360/ProjectWise for project setup and collaboration.
- Hands‑on experience with Navisworks/Revizto and at least one coordination platform.
- Expertise in Dynamo for automation and BIM model QA/QC.
- Proven ability to build complex Power BI dashboards (data modeling, DAX, scheduled refresh, role‑based views).
- Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder presentations.
- High attention to detail and structured QA/QC documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM workflows and GCC client requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk Infraworks, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Experience contributing to BIM standards, templates, and content libraries.
