Contributing in the creation and maintenance of documentation, which has technical information such as the development and maintenance installation and configuration, and colleague procedures and instructions
Assisting with onboarding and off boarding of colleagues which includes managing setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
Monitoring and responding quickly to ticket requests received through the Technology Service Desk along with escalating issues as needed
Assist with investigating, analysing, and resolving hardware problems, liaising with external vendors as needed
Assisting in system upgrades, installing, integrating, customising, configuring and testing new systems and hardware, and resolve configuration conflicts and errors

A qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent industry certification) in progress along with experience working in an Office 365 environment enhancing collaboration and productivity using these tools
