Concrete Construction Estimator

Description

• Assist in bid strategy, subcontractor outreach, and proposal development
• Develop budgets for foundations, slabs, structural concrete, tilt-wall, and site concrete
• Analyze drawings, specs, and project requirements to create accurate quantity takeoffs
• Work with project management and field teams to refine scopes and pricing
• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial concrete scopes

Requirements

• Experience supporting $10M+ concrete project budgets
• senior concrete estimator
• concrete estimating jobs
• tilt-wall estimator
• 5+ years estimating concrete projects in commercial and/or industrial construction
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with both internal and external partners
• Strong knowledge of materials, labor, production rates, and cost structure
