Civil Engineering Project Manager - Land Development

Description

• Lead project teams to ensure quality work and meet delivery requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Pursue new contracts, negotiate terms, and provide regular updates.
• Mentor and develop staff while administering JT’s Quality Assurance process.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including multiple years leading projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel out‑of‑town as needed.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
