Associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred.
2-5 years’ experience in construction observation or special inspections.
Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving history.
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
