- Planifier, organiser et contrôler les travaux de maintenance, réparations et opérations courantes.
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes mécaniques, électriques et de climatisation.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
- Diplôme en génie mécanique, électrique, bâtiment ou expérience équivalente.
- Agir comme principal point de contact technique entre le CLIENT et l’ENTREPRENEUR.
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion technique ou supervision d’immeubles.
- Rédiger et présenter les rapports opérationnels requis.
- Veiller à la santé et sécurité des employés sous sa supervision.
