- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; HVAC vocational training preferred.
- Demonstrate proven HVAC installer experience with strong knowledge of system components.

- Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in HVAC installation and repair.
- Exhibit excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license (minimum age 21).
