- Leverage ACC Build, Esri Field Work, and mobile tools for daily reporting, field inspections, and quality tracking.
- Oversee georeferencing and publishing of project drawings and basemaps to ACC Sheets and GIS hubs.
- Lead GIS strategy and implementation across UTS and Civil projects, including mapping of utilities, environmental constraints, and survey data (LiDAR, topography).
- Manage the IDD Geohub and Esri platforms for spatial data visualization and integration with BIM and CAD models.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and JV partners to align digital delivery expectations.
- Integrate 3D models with field tools to visualize progress, track installation status, and support asset tagging for handover.
- Coordinate redlining, issue resolution, and field changes directly within the digital environment.
- Support dashboard development for progress monitoring, earned value analysis, and quantity tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and interoperability across platforms.
- Collaborate with SAP and Business Objects teams to align financial and spatial data.
- Ensure traceability of field activities through connected data environments to support progressive as-built modeling.
- Create and manage digital field work packages to support seamless execution of on-site activities.
- Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
- Mentor GIS specialists, digital coordinators, and modelers across UTS and Civil teams.
- Represent Aecon at industry forums and support R&D partnerships with academic institutions.
- Support prefabrication workflows by linking design models to fabrication and installation packages.

- Proficiency in Esri GIS, Mobile technology.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Geospatial Science, or related field.
- Experience with remote sensing, LiDAR, UAVs, and AI-based geospatial analytics.

- Strong understanding of construction workflows, digital twin technology, and IoT integration.
