- Support the project team to consider safety requirements throughout project planning and delivery and implement appropriate safety controls.
- Communicate safety requirements to subcontractor’s onsite.
- Review Subcontractor Safety Interview Questionnaires and verify the capability of the subcontractor to deliver the required work task to agreed safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.
- Build awareness of a safety culture among the Project Management team, and actively contribute to its development so that HSE is the primary driver of all behaviour.
- Maintain regular visibility across the workplace, building relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Track progress against role & responsibility profiles and report on activities to project leadership team.
