  • Support the project team to consider safety requirements throughout project planning and delivery and implement appropriate safety controls.
  • Communicate safety requirements to subcontractor’s onsite.
  • Review Subcontractor Safety Interview Questionnaires and verify the capability of the subcontractor to deliver the required work task to agreed safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.
  • Build awareness of a safety culture among the Project Management team, and actively contribute to its development so that HSE is the primary driver of all behaviour.
  • Maintain regular visibility across the workplace, building relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Track progress against role & responsibility profiles and report on activities to project leadership team.

  • Experience in document compliance procedures and processes and understanding of technology to support SHE (Q) systems.
  • Knowledge of project risk management controls and actions.
  • Relevant experience in an administration role.
  • Knowledge of auditing, safety inspections and compliance reporting procedures and processes.
  • Recent previous experience working as a Safety Administrator within the civil construction industry.
  • Advanced Diploma Safety in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of incident management and reporting involving multiple internal and external parties.
