- Occasionally undertake first and second fix works in domestic properties, as well as complete basic plumbing, painting and carpentry works

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties
- Demonstrable previous experience of working in a Multi Trade capacity in an internal setting.
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Plasterer role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
- Completing both minor and major works in wet trades
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or above in Plastering or similar professional body
- Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
