- Interpret and analyze survey data, including emergency exit maps or site plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to share findings and contribute to innovative problem solving.
- Gather data and determine project feasibility using JC instruments. (e.g., Arcsite, measurement equipment).
- Persuade and convince others and approach challenges with positivity.
- Maintain high accuracy in survey assessments and cost estimations.
- Present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Coordinate tasks between our team and our partners and customers.
- Conduct site visits to assess, inspect, measure, and document specified equipment conditions.
- Stay updated with advancements in surveying technology and estimating techniques.
- Conduct thorough research to find answers to complex questions and challenges, particularly those that may not have been encountered before.
- Maintain updated working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with sellers, engineers, and team members.
