The Data Transformation & Implementation Support role is responsible for developing and implementing data governance policies, supporting framework rollouts across multiple business units, translating complex governance concepts into practical guidelines, and monitoring compliance to identify improvement opportunities.
The position also creates engaging training materials, presentations, and workshops, develops user-friendly documentation and quick reference guides, delivers training sessions to various stakeholder groups, and designs interactive learning experiences to boost data governance adoption.
The incumbent facilitates workshops and meetings with cross‑functional teams, acts as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, gathers feedback and requirements from departments, and clearly communicates data governance benefits to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities include assisting with data quality assessments and governance maturity evaluations, preparing reports and dashboards to track initiative progress, supporting data lineage documentation and metadata management, and contributing to the development of governance metrics and KPIs.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of data management concepts, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and basic knowledge of databases and SQL. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation abilities, analytical attention to detail, the ability to translate technical concepts into business language, collaborative stakeholder management, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
