• Continuing Education: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in 3D visualization and rendering through ongoing professional development, training, and participation in industry forums and events.
• 3D Modeling: Utilize 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender to create detailed 3D models of interior spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements, based on design plans and specifications.
• Texturing and Lighting: Apply materials, textures, and lighting effects to 3D models to achieve realistic and visually appealing renderings that accurately represent the intended look and feel of interior environments.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to design teams and clients regarding 3D modeling software, rendering techniques, and file formats, helping to resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the design process.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of 3D models and renderings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design specifications, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand design intent, provide input on material and color selections, and make revisions to 3D models and renderings based on feedback and design changes.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that 3D visualizations are completed on time and meet project requirements.
• Rendering: Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings and visualizations of interior spaces using rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion, considering factors such as lighting, materials, and camera angles to create compelling imagery.

We are seeking a talented Interior 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of interior spaces for architectural and interior design projects. Working closely with designers, architects, and clients, you will transform design concepts into compelling visual representations that communicate design intent and facilitate decision-making throughout the design process.

• Visualization Techniques: Experiment with different visualization techniques, such as still images, 360-degree panoramas, virtual reality (VR) tours, and animations, to effectively communicate design concepts and enhance client presentations.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in the architecture or interior design industry.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
• Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Excellent artistic and technical skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual imagery.
