- Report out metrics and KPIs
- Reviews processes and procedures for existing and new builds including assembly processes, prototyping, repairing machinery, and trouble-shooting fixtures/tooling to identify and implements improvements
- Administrate Manufacturing Engineering support system to manage work instructions, standard work, and procedure requests and implement
- Reviews and approves Engineering Change Orders for BOM structures and assigns labor hours to MES
- Assists with pFMEA development to identify failures and makes recommendations to Manufacturing Engineers and Design Engineers
- Guide preventive maintenance and general repair on equipment or machinery
- Administrate and maintain internal deviation requests.
- Support the development, routing, and implementation of manufacturing instructions to assemble products
- Participate in Lean initiatives and engage with Six Sigma tools for process improvements
- Develop routing and implementation of manufacturing instructions to assemble products
- Reviews documentation such as manufacturing procedures, BOMS, drawings, and routings
- Supporting assembly lines to maintain production output
- Assists Manufacturing Engineers, Design Engineering, and production departments
- Assists in prototype development by debugging, modifications, assembly, and testing
- Interact with internal departments such as Quality, Maintenance, Production, Safety, etc.
- Provides specialized training to production employees and technical direction to the production trainer

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Completion of a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to be a team player
- MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Oracle
- Ability to read Engineering drawings and other technical documentation\Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Lean experience
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Strong working knowledge of computers, equipment, and procedures.
- 3+ years related experience or training in manufacturing; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
