Assist in developing and implementing advanced analytics to proactively identify failure modes and provide operations with actionable insights
Improve KPI (key performance indicator) reporting tools and dashboards
Maintain tools that monitor the overall performance and availability of the operating fleet (primarily battery storage, but also wind and solar)
Support data needs for budgeting, spare parts management, and other operational tasks
Support field operations with equipment testing and data collection; interpret results and provide recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, math, or equivalent certification/training
Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and implement solutions
Minimum of two (2) years experience in data analytics or operations at power plants (wind, solar, BESS) is a plus
Action-oriented, self-motivated, able to lead a team or work independently, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be available for domestic travel up to 10% of the time, including some overnight trips
Basic understanding of electrical equipment and calculations
Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
Strong commitment to personal and workplace safety
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and project management systems
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Grafana, Databricks)
